In May, “EcoLur” Informational NGO, an Armenian organisation with a mission to increase awareness about environmental problems and to organise media campaigns for nature and environmental protection, published an article on the CO-OP4CBD’s Training Session in Paris, France.

This piece focused on the main objective of this event - to strengthen civil society’s engagement into UN CBD processes and mechanisms, in view of COP17. As the upcoming UN CBD event will take place in Armenia, the article highlighted the active participation of the host country's representatives.

Furthermore, the paper also placed a spotlight on the panel discussions where members of  traditional ecological knowledge holders', women’s and youth organisations shared their experiences in engaging in UN CBD processes and meetings.
